- Free EU Tracked delivery for EU orders of £150 or more, when selected at checkout. For other orders, it's £14.95. This does not include any customs/duty fees. We may email you if your parcel is above a certain weight & size as this can increase shipping cost. Detailed information on all shipping rates at checkout.

- Free Japan Tracked delivery for Japan, China & Hong Kong for orders of £400 or more, when selected at checkout, for other orders, it's £50 for a secure, courier service (14+ working days from day of dispatch). This does not include any customs/duty fees. -Free Americas Tracked delivery for USA & Canada orders for orders of £300 or more, when selected at checkout, for other orders its £22.95 for USA & £30 for Canada. This does not include any customs/duty fees. We may email you if your parcel is above a certain weight & size as this can increase shipping cost. Please Note:

Orders can take 24 to 48 hours to process before shipping

Orders placed after 5.30pm Saturday are not processed until we re-open the following Tuesday. If you need your items faster, we suggest emailing first to guarantee delivery for a certain day.

For large orders, we may contact to confirm postage

Our shipping depends on our delivery partners, such as Royal Mail. In rare cases such as very large orders, a shipping partner may not be able to deliver. If this is the case, we will get in touch to confirm alternative shipping methods and postage rate. If you are planning to make a large order, please get in touch.
