We use Royal Mail Second Class (3-5 days), Royal Mail First Class (1-3 days) or Royal Mail 24/48hr Services for all our UK deliveries, depending on the order, size of the items and which method the customer has chosen at checkout. Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email stating your order is on its way and if you have chosen a faster service your tracking details will be added to your order in your account. Please note that only 24/48hr optional delivery have a trackable service. The parcel number you receive may not be trackable. Please also note that our free delivery has no insurance, so if the parcel is lost you will not receive the amount of compensation to the value of your order..we only recommend using the free delivery option for smaller orders. Orders can take up to 24/48hr to process. Orders placed from Saturday at 5.30pm will not be processed to we re-open the following Tuesday. If you need your items faster we suggest emailing first to guarantee delivery for a certain day,

  • Orders over £30: UK Standard Delivery (free) (Mon-Fri).

  • Orders below £30: UK Standard Delivery (£4.95) (Mon-Fri)

  • Optional Faster Delivery |(Trackable & Insured) Shipping 24/48hr (£9.95)

Europe and Worldwide Delivery times and price:

  • International Standard Delivery - £9.95. Please note that this service can take up to 14 working days for delivery (in normal circumstances), has no tracking or insurance. We only suggest using this service if your order is small and you are not in a rush for delivery.

  • International Tracked - £14.95. For a faster delivery and more peace of mind, this service provides higher compensation if your parcel is lost during transit. We strongly suggest using this service for any orders over £50. This service is FREE for worldwide customers when you spend £150 or more (as of 8/09/20).

  • Customs and extra charges may be added during transit and this is the customers responsibility to pay for them.

  • From January 2021 customers in the EU will have to pay extra customs/charges to receive their parcels from us, more details to follow Q4 2020.

Return & Refund Policy:

We will refund all items that are returned in saleable condition within 14 days when purchased online.

The original tags must be present and on the item.

Items returned after this period will not be accepted. Return postage is covered by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a print out of your invoice or receipt. Returns may take between 5–7 working days to process once received back.

You are able to bring your online return to our brick & mortar store within 7 days, please bring valid ID and proof of purchase, Returns will be processed through the online store, not on the day of arrival. 

International returns are accepted until January 2021, however the item must be returned within 14 days and all shipping/customs/duty costs will be deducted from refund amount if applicable.




We're happy to exchange items as long as we receive it back within 14 days from purchasing online and 7 days if purchased within store, and the item and size is available on receipt of your return. Unfortunately we cannot hold stock for an exchange. The easiest and quickest way to do an exchange is to place a new order for the item and size you want and return your older order for a straight refund.

Covid 19 Safety Precautions:

As of 15th June 2020 all returned stock online will be steamed and kept isolated for 72 hours before returning to the shop floor.
